(ANSA) – Milan, July 23 – Standard & Poor`s rating agency
on Thursday confirmed its BB+ rating and negative credit
watch on Fiat`s long-term debt.
The confirmation came on the same day that the Italian
group announced that it would float a three-year euro bond on
the Irish stock market.
Fiat said the amount of the bond issue would be decided
at a later date but that it would be benchmark size, which
means over 500 million euros.
